This dessert is incredibly quick and easy to make and takes just a small handful of ingredients. These cookies are a childhood favorite; you are sure to love these peanut butter chocolate no bake cookies.
3 cups quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup grass fed butter
1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
5 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
In a medium sized saucepan, combine the butter, milk, sugar, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. Place on the stove and cook at a medium heat, stirring to combine, until it comes to a rolling boil.
Allow to boil for exactly one minute (set a timer!). When the timer goes off, immediately remove from the heat and stir in the oats.
Have your countertop already cleaned and prepped by covering it with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop up the mixture and drop onto the parchment. If you leave it as is, you will have smaller cookies that are thicker. To have your cookies appear like mine do in the picture below, smush the mixture down using the back of the scoop.
