1/8 c. cilantro
1/8 c. red onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
the juice of one lime
jalapeno, diced (to taste)
Redmond Real Sea Salt, to taste
Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips, to serve
Place avocado, cilantro, garlic, and red onion in bowl. Squeeze lime over the top. Mash till you reach desired consistency (I like my guacamole on the chunky side). Add salt to taste.
Serve with grain-free tortilla chips.
